I'm a firm believer
in adopting healthy eating habits. However, I feel that food should taste good
regardless. I'm totally not in to "acquired tastes". I absolutely
hate to be at a loss of flavor and mouth feel when trying to make something
healthy. You don't have to be either.
1. Simply pick a recipe and attempt to make it healthy on your
own.
2. Substitute Smart Balance for Butter
3. Replace any milk with Soy, Coconut, Almond, Rice Milk, etc.
4. Replace Agave Nectar for Sugar
5. Enjoy a nice smoothie for breakfast instead of your favorite
fast food.
Just a few consistent changes will help lead to a practical
healthy lifestyle.
