 The first time I posted this recipe, I realized that I made a grave error.  Ok, well, not really grave but not great taste-wise.  When I make regular salsa, I add just a little sweetener to enhance the flavor, thus, I assumed it wasn't necessary with the sweetness of mango.  My friends and my conscience let me know I was wrong.  Anyhoo, I decided to add a little agave.  So, here ya go.

1 mango, sliced
1/4 red onion
1/2 tomato
1 jalapeno, seeded and halved
1/4 green, red, or yellow pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
TT - Agave nectar
Juice of one line
Add all ingredients to the blender EXCEPT the mango. Blend until almost pureed. Add mango and pulse for a rough chop. Adjust seasoning, chill and enjoy.
